Private Labour and Birth Prenatal Class Finding time to attend traditional prenatal classes can be difficult with today's busy lifestyle. This two hour labour and birth class is an ideal alternative. You can have a private, personalised program designed with your specific needs in mind. The program is flexible, but generally includes signs of labour, stages of labour, self-help techniques and positions for labour and birth. The cost of the class includes a booklet called 'Preparing for birth: Mothers' by Andrea Robertson and a number of informative handouts.
