Jane Palmer is a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) providing ongoing breastfeeding support for women experiencing lactation problems. Jane guides you in the art of breastfeeding, assists you with parenting skills and provides ongoing support. Consultation includes taking a comprehensive history and assistance with any problems regarding breastfeeding or parenting. All consultations include follow up telephone call. Hours: Flexible, by appointment. Monday to Friday, business hours. Some evening and weekend appointments available.

Travel: North, Western Sydney. Suburbs include: Parramatta, Baulkham Hills, West Pennant Hills, Ryde, Marsfield, Epping and Newington. Home visits outside this area may include a travelling fee.

If Jane has not returned your call regarding lactation support within 2 hours and the matter is urgent, please contact another lactation consultant. Another great source of assistance is your local Australian Breastfeeding Association Councillor or group. The ABA also has a 24 hour call line – call 1800 mum 2 mum or 1800 626 2 626.

Fees: Home visits - $130 initial consultation and $100 subsequent visit. Clinic appointments: $65 to attend Monday morning clinic or $85 per hour for private clinic appointment.

Other: The clinic is located in Dundas Valley, Sydney (nearby suburbs include Carlingford, Epping, Eastwood, Rydalmere and Parramatta). Monday morning clinic is open 10am to 12pm by appointment.
