Dates for scheduled breastfeeding courses may not suit you. If you'd like a course that fits in with you then a private two hour breastfeeding course may be for you. You can have a private, personalised program designed with your specific needs in mind. The program is flexible, but generally includes:

• Breast care during pregnancy
• The benefits of breastfeeding
• How breastfeeding works
• Positioning and attachment
• What to expect from a breastfed baby
• Prevention of common problems
• Role of the father during breastfeeding
• Expressing and storing breastmilk
• Working and breastfeeding
