Biography:

I'm a Mum of 3 and owner of 'Birth in Balance'. I am a doula, nutritionist, massage therapist, infant massage instructor, presenter and natural birth advocate :) I've experienced infertility and pregnancy loss and have given birth to 3 beautiful children - which was absolutely amazing! I am very passionate about supporting women and their families throughout pregnancy, birth and postnatally. I also have a special interest in children's nutrition and wellbeing.
