want a baby girl...

Hi there!
I have some nurse friends and told me that there are some ways to get pregnant with a baby girl. If I remember so well, it is with the calculations of the month and the fertility period.

Can anyone here explain this to me? Is this true?

Until recently I didn't think there was anything you could do to increase your chances of having a baby of one particular sex. However, Kate (a valuable member of this forum) wrote an interesting post here about how to increase your chances of conceiving a boy or a girl. It seems this is a popular topic on this forum at the moment!

Have a look at what Kate says - you are right; it seems the chances can be increased depending on when you have sex in the month (in relation to your fertile period).
