Spam settings

We have been having problems with new members having difficulty joining due to our spam settings. It is a difficult balancing act - if the settings are too tight some legitimate members are prevented from joining. If they are too loose spammers take advantage. We trialled some different settings overnight and unfortunately the forum was subjected to some some unsavoury posts (all of which have been removed). I have requested to try some new settings - so hopefully the spam will stop again.
