Does it run in the family?

On my father side, women have breasts cancer. And on my mother side, we have this enlargement of the heart and allergies.

What are the precentage that me and my kids will be prone to these illnesses?

Hi Carolg,

I have breast cancer that runs on my side of the family. My Great Grandmother and my mother both died of it.

Though I can't give you specific percentages of your and your children's chances of getting the diseases you mentioned, I can say that you can increase your odds of NOT getting them by avoiding chemicals and pesticides, exercising regularly, reducing stress and eating really clean, organic, fresh, healthy foods.
