Giving medicine to sick baby
I had trouble giving my babies medicine when they were sick. They were refusing, fending, etc, even it is sweet and has
fruit flavor. If I force them, they will be gagging. I try to put in their food, but it not always success. If anyone who
has been there before can give me any tips or ideas, I would be very grateful. Thank you for reading.

Hi,
My friend has recently had this problem with giving her toddler antibiotics.
She found mixing it into jam and putting it on toast worked. Also, playing doctors with the toys first (and pretending that the toys had taken the medicine) helped.
I know this can be tricky - I look forward to reading about other mums' experience and tips with this too!
Best wishes,
LJ

I agree with putting it in a tasty food. It is important to find a food that has a naturally strong taste and to make sure they do not see you adding the meds. Best of luck!
