Hi there,

Was told this morning at the appointment with the midwife that I have GDM and a low lying placenta.

My GDM will be initially controlled with diet and will be seeing a Nurse next week.

Will be going for a scan at 32 weeks to check how low my placenta is.

I really want to re-join my gym and do light exercise everyday, even walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I'm more motivated in a gym. But is it safe to do so?

I am 27 weeks pregnant.
