    sexy pregnancy tips

I am just curious.... why are some women gained so much more weight alongside their pregnancy.... while others look like only their tummy increases in size, not their arms, legs, and especially not their faces. Is it genetics? Or ....?

If a woman was slender before her pregnancy, and then gains quite a bit of weight during her pregnancy, it is usually because she is eating a lot of simple carbohydrates, sugar and unhealthy fats. These would be things like white bread, pasta, white rice, muffins, biscuits, cookies, cakes, pies, candy, and deep fried foods.

It could also be an indication that they are not getting enough exercise.

The best thing to do so that you do not gain too much weight during pregnancy is to eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables (preferably raw or steamed, not canned), high quality protein like eggs, low mercury fish, and animal protein like lamb, beef, chicken, turkey, etc. Add in some high quality fats like those found in coconut and avocado, with a few nuts and seeds, and you'll have a diet that is high in nutrition but doesn't "pack on the pounds".

    Warm Regards,

Your sex life needn’t be placed on hold for nine months, as experts say that not only can pregnant sex safe, but it can be incredibly hot as well.

Some women do find that they want to be more sexually active in pregnancy. Unless you have been advised otherwise, it is safe to have sex in pregnancy. Indeed, at the very end of your pregnancy making love can help to tip you into labour due to the release of Oxytocin (this is also released by nipple stimulation).
