Exercising while pregnant will increase baby's brain development

    Hi all

Did you hear on the news this week that a study has found exercising during pregnancy will increase baby's brain development? The research leader was Professor Dave Ellemberg, from the University of Montreal in Canada who stated:

"Our results show that the babies born from the mothers who were physically active have a more mature cerebral activation, suggesting that their brains developed more rapidly."

So there you go - another good reason for regular exercise during pregnancy. You can read more here: Exercising while pregnant will increase baby's brain development, study finds

    How fascinating.

Not to mention the benefits to labour of being active in pregnancy.

    Thanks for sharing this,
