Milk substitute for pregnant women
During my pregnancy, I don't like drinking milk such as Anmum and Promama. Is there any other milk substitute for pregnant woman? Can I take sterilized milk instead?

Pregnant women need to have enough Calcium in their diet; this helps with making the baby's bones and teeth. You do not need to drink the milk products that you mention above. All that you need to ensure is that you get your total Calcium intake in your diet. You can drink normal pasteurised milk or UHT milk. Actually, you don't need to drink any milk when you are pregnant if you get enough Calcium from other sources.
A pregnant women needs 3 portions of Calcium per day. One portion of Calcium is contained in: 150g pot of yoghurt, a small chunk of hard cheese, one glass of fortified orange juice or one cup of cooked spinach. Nuts such as almonds or brazil nuts are also excellent sources of Calcium.
I hope this information helps you.
Please post back if you have any further questions.

Try almond, rice or even coconut milk.
If it is just getting a good amount of calcium that you are worried about then you do have options. You can also try making bone broth which is full of it. Also try to increasing in eating leafy greens like kale, collard greens and spinach. Also nuts surprisingly has a lot of calcium
