I have been taking Kaiya to see Linlee Jordan at the Harbord Homeopathic Children's Clinic for homeoprophylaxis (natural alternative to vaccination). Also, to help Kaiya sleep better we have been using a constitutional remedy also from Linlee. This remedy has calmed Kaiya down a lot and she is a lot happier as a result (we're still working on the sleep though..).
