Thread: My scary and emotional weekend

    Hi Kate,

Thank you - I'm totally delighted!

The morning sickness isn't as bad as it was with my last pregnancy but it is still there. Actually it, seems to have got worse from week 11 which is a bit strange as I was thinking I'd got off lightly.

I find eating something (particularly cereal) when I start to feel sick helps to stop it getting any worse.

    Thanks again for your support,

I'm just back from my 20 week scan and I feel totally delighted and excited! The baby is looking healthy and was moving and kicking the whole time during the scan. Can't believe this is the same baby I was so worried about when I had the bleeding episode.

How exciting! Thanks for the update. Are you going to wait until the birth to find out what you're having? I waited with 4 of mine, but really wanted to know with the last one. My husband didn't want to know, so I waited until he left the room, and then the doctor told me what I was having. It was kind of hard to keep the secret for 20 more weeks, but I did it and I enjoyed bonding with my little girl during that pregnancy - something I found easier to do being that I knew what I was having.

    Warm regards,

I am so glad to hear everything is going so well for you LJ. This is such a great, positive ending to a scary event. Can't wait to see pictures of that little one! You're half-way there!

    Thank you ladies!

We do know if it's a boy or a girl - but are keeping it a secret

I liked having a surprise with my first - but this time around I have just been longing to know. It all feels 'real' now and I'm very excited!

Thank you so much for your support,

    Hello Laura-Jane,

I'm just checking in to see how you're feeling and if you've had your baby yet.

Hope you are all doing well.

    Warm Regards,
