How to get my daughter to go to sleep quickly after she goes to bed?
My daughter stays about an hour before she really goes to sleep. Any one can give me any idea? Thank you.

I'd have to say that putting children to sleep has been a hot topic lately!
You'll want to be sure that she's getting plenty of exercise each day so that she's actually tired when she goes to bed. If she naps, is she napping early enough in the day? Do you get her up early enough in the morning?
If you could share how old your daughter is it would make it easier to give suggestions on what you might try in order to help her get to sleep faster.
Warm Regards,
Kate

She attend daycare when, we are at work. I do believe she got plenty of exercise everyday. She nap in daycare everyday that is one of there policy. She get up at 6:30am since the school is just 10min. away from our house and class start at 8am. We drop her off around 7:45am everyday. and she is only 4 hers old.
