hi,
i remember when i was pregnant with my eldest, my tooth usually ache despite my care of not eating too much sweets. They said it is because of lack of calcium.
is this true?

The toothache could very well be due to lack of calcium or minerals. When we eat a diet rich in nutrients, and our bodies are in a state where they can absorb those nutrients well this helps to reduce cavities and keep the teeth and bone structure of the jaw very strong.
I would encourage you not to eat any sugar at all during the next few months to be sure you're preserving your teeth. Also, taking a high quality prenatal supplement along with other minerals/nutrients can help ensure that your child will have healthy teeth.
