Does dysmenorrhea or painful menstrual periods affect fertility?

I've been having painful periods since my first menstruation. And now that I am in the age of wanting to have kids, I always get worried everytime these dysmenorrhea episodes happen because I kept thinking maybe there may be something wrong with my system and possible will eventually lead to fertility problems.
