    Vegetables

Carrots are full of vitamin A and fiber, and you can find them in single-serving bags. Dip them in hummus or yogurt for an extra dose of nutrition or add a dab of salad dressing for flavor. Look for other prewashed veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, and spinach to make a quick dinnertime stir-fry.

I take a whole butternut squash and chop it up into small pieces
    chop a onion
    chop 5-6 cloves of garlic
    4-5 chopped tomatoes
    4 cups of chicken broth
    salt and peeper to taste
cook all of the above till squash is soft
chop up about 3-5 cups of kale and put in pot for about 5-8 min.
add grated parmesean cheese or a small block to the pot.

    This is my favorite soup

let me know how it works out for you
