Hello there. I have a 2 month old baby and we are on the second dosage for his vaccines 2 weeks from now. He is now taking antibiotics for UTI, is it safe or is it okay to have his vaccines after the antibiotic period?

Anytime a child has antibiotics I would then follow-up with probiotics if possible. If baby is taking a bottle, you can add the probiotics to his milk.
As for when it's okay to give a child vaccines you may want to take a look at this thread called "when should you vaccinate your child"?
