management
This was the second pregnancy I had. During the first one, 5 years ago, I did not feel any pain during my 3rd trimester months. I noticed, before I gave birth to my second child, I had a lot of pains. Like back pains. He was a baby boy for my second child. I want know how do we manage these body pains, specifically painful waist when walking.

There are various belly support bands that are available to help support a growing belly so that you have less pain.
Something I found that greatly helped was making sure that my structural system was in alignment (spine, pelvis, hips, neck). I had Chiropractic adjustments anytime I was experiencing difficulty walking or when I just felt that baby could be in a better position which would make me more comfortable. Worked great!
Warm regards,
Kate
