affect baby during pregnancy
Hi, I used to be a cigarette smoker but I stopped just a year ago. Will this experience affect my baby when I get pregnant?

Smoking can affect fertility, but I suspect that your baby will just be fine with you having quit a year ago. As long as you are able to stay away from the cigarettes, you should have nothing to worry about.
Congratulations on kicking the habit!! Such a big achievement! I hope to hear a pregnancy announcement form you soon. =)

So wonderful that you were able to stop smoking. I would encourage you to do a very gentle cleanse to help move all of the poisons out of your body that you put into your body when you were smoking. This will help in creating healthy eggs which (along with healthy sperm) create truly healthy babies.
One way to do this is by including green smoothies in your diet every day. Here's a video that shows you how to make a green smoothie (and they taste yummy too!).
