    Takeaway Pizza?

    I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and am wondering if you can eat takeaway pizza from Pizza Hut or Eagle Boys or the like?

    My concern is obviously the ham, pepperoni etc. However thought it might be okay if it was eaten "hot".

    Hello Mummy142,

    Congratulations on your pregnancy! All of the meats that are placed on pizzas are pre-cooked because they are only in the pizza oven for about 15-20 minutes.

    For most women there is no problem at all with eating any pizza from a pizza establishment.
