You can definitely influence your chances of having a baby boy. In fact it is much easier to conceive a boy than it is a girl, when you're trying for a specific gender.

The biggest key to conceiving a boy is to avoid having sex until the day before and the day of ovulation. The reason for this is because the "boy" sperm are faster swimmers than the girl sperm, and they will reach the egg faster. In this instance, timing is everything!
