Minimum Order

There is no minimum order

Prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.

Payment Information 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, money orders, cheques, direct debit (by internet banking only) and cash. Please make cheques or money orders payable to ‘Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond’. Order will be sent once cheque has cleared (usually 3 to 5 days). For Credit Card transactions the online checkout is secure. It uses SSL encryption, which is an Internet standard and encrypts all of your details (you will see a little padlock on the bottom right of your browser). 

Refund Policy

We aim to satisfy our customers. Please contact Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond if any products you receive are defective or damaged. Contact must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. The items will be replaced or a refund issued.

International Orders

Please note that GST is not applicable to international orders. You will receive a 9% discount off the price of all products. The online shopping cart is not able to reflect this discount - the discount will be applied at the time of invoicing.  Postage is charged at the actual rate. Please email for a quote.

Delivery Terms

We aim for a 24 hour turn around time on all orders. Please allow up to two weeks for receipt of your order. If there is any delay in despatching your order, you will be contacted by email. Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond does not routinely backorder if an item is unavailable at the time of order. However if want an item to be backordered please indicate this on your order. If paying by cheque, money order or direct deposit– payment must be received within 14 days or the order will be cancelled. Please note items can go out of stock if there is a delay in making payment.

Postage Fees

Sydney Metropolitan Area:

	$25.00 or less                    $3.50
	Over $25.00                        $4.50

For outer suburbs of Sydney please email for confirmation of shipping fees.

Rest of Australia:

	Less $25                             $3.50
	$25 to $50                           $7.50
	Over $50.00                        $12.50

Most orders are sent via Australia Post. Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond will not be held responsible for orders that go missing in the post. Parcels can be sent by receipted delivery for an additional cost of $1.20. Please advise us if you want this option. Express post and courier options are available – please contact for a quote. Pick up from Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond can be arranged - please call (02) 9873 1750 for details.

Please note if item/s are small and/or light – the actual postage cost charged may be cheaper than the quoted fees.
