Join us for a fun filled and informative three and a half hour workshop on labour and birth.

The workshop is facilitated by Jane Palmer, a midwife in private practice and childbirth educator and is based on Active Birth.

You will receive a comprehensive information pack which includes the book  'Preparing for birth: Mothers' by Andrea Robertson.
