The Femé Pad is specially designed for use by expectant and new mothers to support their changing needs. Used cold, Femé Pad gives relief from vaginal irritations, swelling soreness and haemorrhoids that may be caused by pregnancy and childbirth.

Place the Femé Pad into the storage bag provided and place in the freezer compartment of refrigerator for a maximum of two hours. Femé Pad remains soft and pliable when fully chilled.Remove the Femé Pad from the storage bag, insert it into one of the gauze sleeves provided and apply to the affected area.

The Femé Pad should provide cooling relief for up to 20 minutes and then may continue to be used for cushioning comfort.

To achieve maximum benefit, keep one Femé Pad in the freezer while the other is in use.
