Pregnancy relaxation - going within affirmations. This "Hypnosis for birth" programme is designed to be used while a woman is pregnant leading up to her imminent birth-day, to assist in learning how to create a state of calm, inner peace and surrender. The programme is designed to teach safe and effective hypnosis techniques that can be practised during pregnancy in preperation for labour and birth.

• Pregnancy Relaxation - going within – a 15 min relaxation that can be listen to everyday to assist in deep relaxation, visualisation and breathing techniques in preparation for birth.
• Empowering yourself for the birth ahead – 63 min ‘creating a labour of love’ is designed to take the listener on a journey of ‘imagineering’, looking ahead into the unknown and visualising the birth of your baby. This script can be listened to once to twice a week.
