This Hypnosis for Birth CD programme is designed to empower yourself for the birth ahead 'hypnosis for birth' programme is designed to be used whilst a woman is pregnant,leading up to her imminent birth-day, to assist in learning how to create a state of calm, inner peace and surrender.

• Peace at Birth – ‘Completely Letting Go’- 22min is designed for women in labour, who want to go straight down into a place of calm, surrender and relaxation. This script can be played over and over to really assist women during any stage of their labour to let go and focus within.
• Affirmations –  7 min. Can be repeated out loud or listen to on the recordings on a daily basis as many times as possible. Really start to believe what you are hearing and reading.

The emphasis of this programme is to assist the release of all prior programming about labour and birth which can then enable a woman and her partner to establish an inner confidence and trust in the labouring and birthing process. It is possible to create a labour of love so that the act of birthing can be a wonderul experience where fear has no part to play.
