We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You can work out your postage costs by adding your items to the shopping cart, then go to view cart and click calculate shipping and handling. We only charge actual postage rates, there are no fees for packaging and handling.
Orders are sent via Australia Post or via a courier. Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond will not be held responsible for orders that go missing. Parcels can be sent by registered post for an additional cost of $2.80. Registered Post offers you:
- Proof of posting when lodged at the post office counter
- Signature obtained on delivery
- Compensation for loss or damage of up to $100 is included
- A unique identification number for every article
Also available for an additional fee is:
- Delivery Confirmation $1.90
- Person-to-Person $5.50

Express post options are available. Orders over the value of $100 automatically are insured for no extra costs. Pick up from Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond can be arranged – please call 02 9890 5687 for details.
If you wish to return goods
We aim to satisfy our customers. Please contact Pregnancy Birth and Beyond if any products you receive are defective or damaged. Contact must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. The items will be replaced or a refund issued if items are unable to be replaced. No refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our sales team immediately to arrange for replacements. In this case, the damaged goods must be returned, but the return shipping costs will be paid by Pregnancy Birth and Beyond (we will organise the return shipping).
