Touch is a baby’s first language. Massaging a baby is a great way communicate, get to know them and to create a loving, trusting bond. Baby’s find massage is soothing and enjoyable. You can do it any time when your baby is receptive: After a bath, naked, fully clothed, in your lap, on the floor etc. Massage releases both oxytocin and endorphins and may assist in soothing discomfort from teething, congestion, colic and emotional stress.
