Gauze and Paper Supplies
Gauze and paper supplies are excellent tools for several applications. Midwives commonly use gauze and sponge products for inserting IVs, inserting IDCs, assisting at births and for suturing a woman’s perineum
In addition, these products are great for general cleaning, dressings, wound preparation, packing and debridement. PBB has gauze pads, sponges, and tissues available in our shop.

Multigate designed this dressing to be applied over IV devices to clean skin or wounds to provide a breathable bacterial and microbial barrier to external contaminants.
Our Propax Abdominal Sponges are pure cotton 6-ply gauze swabs, and each sponge can absorb eight times its weight. The sponge seams are hemmed to avoid fraying, and they are bonded using detectable x-ray thread to provide additional security.
