The High Waisted Recovery Shorts medical compression ensures a slendering and modeling effect on your silhouette, comfortably wrapping around the body to support you during your post pregnancy recovery. The special patented fabric with its three dimensional waves activates microcirculation and helps eliminate excess liquids, thermally regulates body temperature and provides, with the natural daily movements, an effective massage.

The shorts were manufactured for support with muscle separation (DRAM), upper and lower back pain, sciatica, pelvic instability and upper thigh spider and varicose veins. Recommended by doctors and physiotherapists, the constant compression ensures the body is held firmly in place, and allows the body to recover in style.

The special bacteriostatic silver ion yarn controls bacteria proliferation, prevents bad odours and allows natural transpiration of the skin. They are extremely breathable and provide comfort and support following a caesarian or vaginal birth. They also have a hygienic cotton gusset and flat lock seams for added comfort.

Many private health insurers in Australia will provide a rebate to customers who purchase Solidea products as they are a true medical compression garment, designed to medically aid with recovery. Your product may be claimable under different categories including: Aids and Appliances, Orthoses, Medical compression garments and others.

To claim your rebate simply print the Health Rebate Form (PDF) and take to your health care provider (your doctor or specialist) and ask them to fill in the details and sign. Once the form is completed, send the rebate letter and your invoice to your private health insurer.

Please note: Not all private health insurers offer a rebate and different levels of health coverage attract different levels of rebates. We suggest you talk to your health fund to see if the rebate applies to you and your level of coverage.
