The Holo Lilo peach supports you throughout every stage of pregnancy, from the first moment lying on your tummy becomes uncomfortable until birth. It provides comfort and relaxation, whether resting, catching up on sleep, or simply enjoying a moment of calm.

Ensure Proper Hip Support

Ensure your hips sit on the raised rim to prevent your back from arching through the hole. The raised rim provides essential back support, making the Holo Lilo function effectively. Without this support, the Holo wouldn’t work as intended, so it’s crucial to position yourself correctly for optimal comfort.

To get the best use out of your Holo Lilo, follow these steps:

1. Inflation: Inflate both air chambers fully for use in water. If using a pump, be careful not to overinflate—80-90% of total capacity is ideal. On land, you can deflate the head section partially or fully and replace it with pillows or cushions for extra comfort.
2. Positioning: Start kneeling on the holo leg section to get on and off safely, then lower yourself down carefully. Lift yourself to a kneeling position to get off. Position your body with your tummy in the hole, and ALWAYS ensure the raised rim around the hole supports your hips to avoid any pressure on your back.
3. Third Trimester Use: The Holo Lilo is most beneficial in the third trimester. If your tummy touches the floor because it isn’t big enough to fill the hole, move as far down the lilo as possible to ensure the raised rim supports your hips. Then, place pillows or cushions under the tummy section to lift it further off the floor. You could also try putting a sheet or towel over the hole for additional support.

How to use the Holo Lilo

• Use a pillow instead for even more comfort on land; use both head and body sections inflated or deflated the head section.
• On water – always use both sections inflated with back support in mind; without it, the Holo wouldn’t work.

• For healthcare professionals – the Holo is ideal for helping pregnant women get into a comfortable position for treatment.
