BodyICE Woman Breast Pads

Throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, your breasts go through some tender moments. Don’t despair, each BodyICE Woman breast pad has been designed to fit comfortably inside your bra and around your nipples to provide relief from soreness associated with breast surgery, breastfeeding, blocked milk ducts and engorgement.

The breast pads are cleverly designed to conform around your breast pump and when heated, can help ease the flow of milk and blocked milk ducts.

BodyICE Woman Breast Pads contains:

• 2 x gel bead breast packs
• 2 x breast sleeves

Instructions for Use

Heat or cool the BodyICE® Woman range as per the following instructions.

Cold Therapy

Place in the freezer without disposable sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until the desired temperature is achieved.

Heat Therapy

Submerge in hot water without disposable sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until the desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.

• 700 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds
• 1000 Watt Microwave: 15 seconds
• 1200 Watt Microwave: 10 seconds

Slip-on the protective, disposable sleeves provided and place directly on breasts inside the bra. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.
